Stainless steel flanges, as critical components for pipeline connection, require clear, long-lasting markings to indicate key information—including material grade (e.g., 304, 316L), pressure rating, size specifications, and production batch. Traditional engraving methods, such as laser marking with low power or mechanical scribing, often faced challenges like faint (faint lettering), easy wear from corrosion or friction, and inconsistent depth, which hindered quick identification and traceability for clients.

To address these pain points, our R&D team has invested six months in optimizing the engraving process. The new technology adopts **high-power fiber laser engraving** paired with a precision positioning system
